Black Ceylon Tea

Cinnamon Bark

Cinnamon is known for its antibacterial, antifungal, antimicrobial, astringent and anticlotting properties. Cinnamon is also rich in essential minerals such as manganese, iron and calcium.

Cardamom Pods

The many health benefits of cardamom include gastrointestinal protection, cholesterol control, relief from cardiovascular issues, and the improvement of blood circulation in the body.
